These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Halalove’s matchmaking services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use Halalove.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally single (not currently married or in a civil union).
You must provide truthful and accurate information when completing our registration form.

2. Nature of Services

Halalove provides personalized introductions based on the preferences you share with us.
We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, dates, or a successful long-term relationship.
Matches are based solely on the information provided by you and other members.

3. No Background Checks

Halalove does not conduct criminal, financial, employment, or personal background checks on members.
We strongly encourage you to perform your own due diligence before meeting any match in person.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using Halalove, you acknowledge and agree that:

Halalove is not responsible or liable for the conduct, actions, or representations of any member.
We are not liable for any damages, harm, or losses (including emotional, physical, or financial) arising from your use of our Services or from any interaction with a match.
You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not share your contact details without your consent. Your picture that you upload will be shared to marital prospects.
However, you understand that information voluntarily shared with other members is at your own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

When using Halalove, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect and courtesy.
Avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
Not use the platform for commercial, illegal, or exploitative purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate any membership that violates these rules.

7. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
Payments are non-transferable and can only be used by the person registered.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halalove, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your interactions with other members.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the state of Texas, under Texas law.
You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Amendments

Halalove reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
